- This PVC (safe EN71 standards) bag has freezable gel cells on two sides. Pre-freeze the unit for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Insert wine to carry or just keep cool at the table. It can also be used at room temperature to transport any wine. 4" tubular handles welded to bag.
